JMGetIPFormFields v.1.0
The JM Get IP Form Fields GoLive Extension will add 2 new form items to the form pallet. An "IP Address" field, and a "IP Address hidden" field. They will both capture the visitors IP address. Simply drag and drop the field you want to use to the form field.
You can style the "IP Address" field as anny other form fields. Simply use CSS to style the input field, or apply a ID or class to the field.

The Get IP Address Form Field display the visitors IP adress in a text box, and can be send as a part of a form. the user cannot edit the IP Address Form Field.

The Get IP Address Form Field is not displayed on the screen but can be send to you as part of a form.
SSI - SHTML
You will need a web server capable of running SSI. (Most servers do this by default.) The page with the Get IP form field, needs to have the suffix .shtml to tell the server to parse it.
